Job Description
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will deliver professional massage therapy services focusing on Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger Point, Body Scrubs, and other Spa treatments. You will assess guests’ needs, provide tailored treatments, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Our spa provides essential equipment and products including massage oils, linens, and tables, supporting a client load of 4-6 appointments per day. Opportunities for ongoing professional development and specialization are available to enhance your expertise.
Responsibilities
Assess guests needs and conditions before treatment
Provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger Point Massage and Spa Therapies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Ensure sanitation and hygiene compliance of equipment and workspace
Educate guests on therapy benefits and aftercare
Maintain accurate guests records
Deliver excellent customer service and manage guests scheduling efficiently
Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited massage therapy program
Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques.
Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology
Strong communication and guest service skills
Effective time management abilities
Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
Proper body mechanics to ensure therapist and guest safety
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in massage therapy
