Reconditioning Associate

DealerFLEX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Dealership Detail Associate * to join our growing team at a premier automotive dealership in Langhorne, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and is eager to develop new skills in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're a seasoned detailer or just starting out, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

* Monday through Friday schedule (with some flexibility based on dealership needs)
* A company committed to safety, growth, and service excellence *What You'll Do: * * Clean and recondition vehicles to dealership standards (interior and exterior)
* Vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and wipe down surfaces
* Wash, dry, and polish vehicle exteriors using appropriate tools and techniques
* Clean wheels, tires, door jambs, windows, and engine bays
* Apply waxes, sealants, and dressings as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized detail bay or workspace
* Communicate any damage or concerns to management promptly
* Follow all safety protocols for tools, products, and equipment *What We're Looking For: * * Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
* Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working on your feet
* Self-motivated and able to follow instructions
* Willingness to learn and grow within the company *Bonus Points For: * * Previous experience in detailing, janitorial, or manual labor roles
* Passion for vehicles and automotive care
