We're looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) who's ready to do meaningful work in an environment where your contributions actually matter.

What You'll Do

This role sits at the heart of our pharmacy — you'll be hands-on with two of our most impactful service lines:

Medication Synchronization (Med Sync)

• Enroll and maintain accurate patient Med Sync profiles
• Coordinate monthly refill calls/texts and align prescriptions for synchronized pickup or delivery
• Communicate with providers for refills, clarifications, and prior authorizations
• Resolve insurance rejections and prepare/stage Med Sync orders for dispensing
• Package medications including Dispill/blister packaging
• Document all interactions in PioneerRx

Non-Sterile Compounding

• Prepare compounds in accordance with established formulas and prescriptions
• Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
• Maintain compounding logs, batch records, and formulas
• Ensure compliance with USP <795> standards
• Perform quality checks and manage compounding supply inventory
• Keep a clean, organized compounding workspace

Day-to-Day

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and providers
• Support daily pharmacy workflow and operations
• Communicate clearly with teammates to keep things running smoothly

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, alternating closing shifts (9–5 or 9–6 depending on the week)
• Every 3rd Saturday
• Full-time

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active CPhT certification
• Tennessee state registration (or eligibility)
• 1–2 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Experience with or willingness to learn PioneerRx pharmacy software
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset
