We’re looking for an  Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain  hands-on experience in marketing, events, brand promotion, customer engagement, and team leadership .

You don’t need years of experience or a marketing degree to succeed here. We’re looking for  personality, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic . We provide training and hands-on coaching to help you develop valuable skills and grow within the company.

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work alongside our event marketing team to help create engaging experiences that connect consumers with well-known brands.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Representing client brands at events, retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences
• Supporting event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Learning and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
• Assisting with customer outreach and lead generation
• Helping coordinate promotional events and campaigns
• Tracking campaign results and providing feedback to the team
• Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Working with team members to achieve campaign and client goals
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills

No previous marketing experience is required.
