What you'll be doing:

You'll be running and fine-tuning CNC Swiss machines to produce high-quality, precision parts in medium- to long-run production.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines (Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar)
• Performing tool installs, offsets, and work holding adjustments
• Reading blueprints and machining to exact specifications
• Monitoring production to ensure tight tolerances and consistent quality
• Making real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency and minimize scrap
• Performing tool changes and offsets during runs
• Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshooting machining issues and keeping production moving

This is a role where your expertise matters not just loading and unloading parts.

What you bring:

We're looking for machinists who can step in and make an impact.

• 2+ years running CNC Swiss machines
• Experience with Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar machines
• At least 6 months of setup experience (tooling + offsets)
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Ability to hold tight tolerances and ensure part quality

Big plus if you have:

• Medical machining experience
• Experience making minor program adjustments
• Strong troubleshooting skills

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $104,000.00/yr. Full 401k, health, vision, dental, HSA, employee wellness events, employee appreciation events
