Job Description: Edmond, OK Position Summary The Graphic Design Associate is primarily responsible for creating high-quality visual communications that support the company's marketing, sales, customer engagement, and internal communication initiatives. This role focuses heavily on graphic design and creative content development while serving as a key member of the Marketing team. Success in this position requires strong creative abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. While graphic design is the primary responsibility, this individual will also contribute to team projects, assist with company events, collaborate across departments, and support various marketing initiatives as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create engaging designs, concepts, and layouts that align with company branding and marketing objectives. Develop graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns, promotions, sales materials, internal communications, social media, digital platforms, employee events, and customer-facing initiatives. Design and produce brochures, magazines (digital and print), flyers, posters, advertisements, presentations, signage, trade show materials, and other print and digital collateral. Assist with content creation for web, email, and social media channels. Complete photography and basic video projects as needed. Coordinate with printers, vendors, and business partners to ensure timely and accurate production of marketing materials. Maintain and organize archives of design files, photography, brand assets, and other creative resources. Operate and maintain in-house printing equipment, including monitoring supplies and troubleshooting basic issues when necessary. Stay current on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies through ongoing professional development. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget expectations. Support company events, customer events, trade shows, sales meetings, employee programs, and other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to develop creative solutions and support organizational goals. Assist with additional Marketing Department projects and responsibilities as business needs require. Job Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more years of professional graphic design experience preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Understanding of digital and print production processes, including color theory, file formats, and print preparation. Photography and basic video production experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email platforms, and internet-based applications. Experience creating a wide range of marketing materials, including publications, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, displays, presentations, social media content, and digital communications. Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to support events, trade shows, meetings, and special projects. Work Schedule and Travel Requirements Regular work schedule is in office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support company events, trade shows, meetings, and special projects. Occasional travel may be required to attend company events, trade shows, vendor meetings, training opportunities, and other business-related activities.
