This includes:Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers within a fast paced, call center environmentSupporting our customers through personalized, caring, and simple interactionsProactively investigating claimsApplying policy coverageAccurately documenting claim filesSeveral of our Claims teams are hiring, and you may be considered for multiple opportunities where your skills and qualifications align.Where You'll Work:This is a hybrid position which allows you to spend some of your time working from home as well as some time working collaboratively in-office. During the job training period you may have a higher percentage of time spent in-office to support your learning experience.Hours of operation are continually evaluated and may change based on business need.
