Cardiothoracic ICU Nurse Manager - 40-Bed, 24/7 Leader

UNC Health

UNC Health in Chapel Hill, NC seeks a Nurse Manager for the Cardiothoracic Critical Care Unit. The role oversees nursing and support staff, staffing on shifts, and participates in staff development and quality initiatives in a 40-bed CTICU.

Expect strong leadership, staff mentoring, and collaboration across disciplines to ensure top patient care. Must have BSN, NC RN license, and BLS; prior management in a tertiary setting preferred.
