We are partnering with a retail Dener Metropolitan area for their next Accounts Payable Specialist. You will be responsible for handling all payments for good and services. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
Job Description:- Process invoice integrations into the ERP system
- Send invoices for approval, through Adobe Sign, to appropriate company approvers.
- Assist in a customer service capacity and respond to Accounts Payable inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Review all Accounts Payable invoices and check requests for appropriate approval.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive attitude
