Manufacturing Machine Operator - Weekend Shift
LONGMONT CO
Pay: $19.50/hr

Training Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (first 2 weeks)

Regular Schedule After Training:
Saturdays & Sundays | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are currently hiring 5-6 Manufacturing Machine Operators for a growing production team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior manufacturing or machine operating experience who are looking for long-term work with potential for full-time hire.

Job Duties:
• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and daily cleaning
• Inspect products for quality and remove defective items
• Read and follow production/job order instructions
• Support packaging and shipping operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Cross-train on additional production equipment and processes
• Lift and move materials throughout the shift

Additional Information:
• Temporary position with no current end date
• Opportunity for full-time hire based on performance and business needs
• Full-time hire pay increases to $20.00/hr

Skills and Experience

Qualifications:
• Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs. occasionally

Physical Requirements:
• Standing for 8-12 hour shifts
• Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and hand movement
• Ability to safely lift materials and operate machinery
