Executive Chef 2

Join our Sodexo Air Force team as our Executive Chef at Ellsworth AFB located just outside beautiful Rapid City, South Dakota. Relocation Assistance is provided.

As the chef, you will be working along side active duty airmen in the dining facility ensuring all standards of our program are being met. You are the techinical culinary trainer for the production team and will lead by example.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $64600 per year - $83600 per year

• ServSafe certification and solid working knowledge of HACCP principles to ensure food safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 1-3 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years
