Responsibilities

- Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Relevant experience in medical-surgical or general acute care settings preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a travel assignment
