Advanced Building Products, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality building products serving residential and commercial construction markets. We are seeking a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing outstanding customer support. This hybrid role combines office-based account management with field sales to grow existing accounts and develop new business throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

• Manage inbound customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
• Prepare pricing, product recommendations, and project estimates.
• Coordinate with production, customer service, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and outstanding opportunities.

Outside Sales

• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and architects within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting and relationship development.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction products, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential or commercial construction.
• Experience working with dealers, distributors, contractors, or architects.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn product specifications quickly.
