Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for reach truck operators for our client in Baytown. The Reach Truck Operators are responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organize materials within a warehouse environment. This role supports daily order picking, inventory handling, and material movement while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Essential Duties

• Reach truck operation — maneuvering pallets in racking systems, highbay storage, and tight aisles

• Order picking & staging — pulling product, preparing orders, and staging for shipment

• Loading & unloading — assisting with inbound/outbound freight

• RF scanner use — scanning, tracking, and updating inventory

• Pallet movement — transporting materials using reach truck and pallet jacks

• Stocking & replenishment — placing product into assigned locations

• Safety compliance — following OSHA and facility safety procedures

Qualifications

• Experience operating a reach truck in warehouse or distribution settings

• Ability to read labels, pick tickets, and follow inventory procedures

• Comfortable working at heights and navigating narrow aisles

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required

Physical Requirements

• Standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment throughout the shift

• Ability to handle pallets, boxes, and materials up to facility weight limits

COMPENSATION- $18
