Radiologic Technologist - Night Shift

Under the direction of the Radiologist and Department Director, the Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic and CT procedures at a technical level that does not require constant supervision. This role necessitates ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. The technologist assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and CT procedures independently, ensuring the highest quality of imaging.
• Utilize appropriate safety measures and protocols when applying ionizing radiation.
• Participate in quality control measures and maintain equipment as necessary.
• Assume responsibility for designated areas within the radiology department.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT.
• Registered technologist by the ARRT.
• State licensure as a technologist by the State of Montana and the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists is required.
• Knowledge relevant to the age of patients served is essential.

This is a Night Shift position.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
