Position Title: Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Specialist (ON-SITE)
Location: Worthington/Lewis Center area
Start Date: August 3rd Compensation: $19/hour
Work Hours:
- 8:00am-6:30pm (one day off during the week)
- 9:30am-8:00pm (one day off during the week)
- 11:30am8:00pm
- Weekends may be required
Job Summary: Seeking dedicated representatives to provide support and information to customers via phone, email, and online chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mobile devices, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide support and information on products/services to customers
- Enter orders for new/additional products and services
- Help callers with mobile device-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot devices, assist with setup/provisioning, and coordinate with service providers/technicians
- Address and resolve customer questions and complaints
- Forward unresolved issues to specialists/staff
- Coordinate with service providers, IT Help Desks, MDM Administrators, and customers
- Prevent unwanted up-selling by service providers
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions
- Perform data entry and administrative/clerical duties
- Complete additional related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must pass an ATF Security clearance background and credit check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months+ customer service experience
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Experience with wireless devices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
