Outside Sales Representative (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX)

Based in the Dallas Fort Worth, TX market, we are one of the fastest growing electrical distributors not just in Texas, but in the entire U.S. We are hiring a Senior Outside Sales Representative to capitalize on that momentum and build a dominant contractor book of business. We bring a core focus in the state, innovative approaches to projects, and an unwillingness to settle or compromise when it comes to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow relationships with commercial electrical contractors and developers.
• Drive revenue across switchgear, lighting, wire, conduit, and renewables.
• Build and scale a $10M to $20M+ book of business.
• Pursue large projects and win major bid opportunities.
• Work closely with ops to deliver at a high level.

What You Bring

• 4-15+ years in electrical wholesale distribution or a closely related space.
• Proven track record of $10M+ annual revenue production.
• Strong relationships with EC's in the DFW market and a knowledge of how their businesses operate.
• Technical credibility across core electrical products (Gear, Renewables, Lighting, Commodities).
• Competitive mindset and high ownership approach.
