Physical Therapist - PT

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional and ethical standards. Qualifications & Certifications: Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification and preferably CPR certification. Educational requirement includes a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with 0-1 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance physical function. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and self-management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Perform additional duties as assigned.
