Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or classroom aide in a school setting
• Ability to assist with academic, behavioral, and social needs of students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with educators and staff
• Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom and student needs
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students individually and in small groups under the direction of the classroom teacher
• Implement teacher-directed lesson plans and accommodations for diverse learners
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a supportive environment
• Collaborate with teaching staff to collect student data and contribute to progress monitoring
• Support students with various needs, including those requiring additional behavioral or academic guidance
• Foster respectful and inclusive interactions with all students
