Registered Nurse - PRN - Wound Ostomy Continence

Job Summary Provides leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, document care and teach patients and families. Implements medically prescribed interventions. Responsibilities Provide acute and ongoing nursing care to patients. Delegate and supervise nursing staff. Document patient care and education. Implement evidence‑based and medically prescribed interventions. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team. Qualifications One year hospital nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required. Current North Carolina RN license. eNLC license may apply. BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Wound Certificate is mandatory. Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) certification is preferred. Location Angel Medical Center is a community hospital in Franklin, North Carolina, serving Macon and surrounding counties.
