General Information:
Minimum Experience required: 1.5 years (MH requirement)
Will you accept a first-time traveler? If they have experience in home health and hospice
Travelers must live >100 miles away from facility
Permanent staff must wait 1 full year to return as a traveler
There are 3 primary field locations for this position area served will be discussed during the interview
Rapid City will go as far as 80 miles distance outside of Rapid City
Custer/Hill City/Hot Springs
Patient Types:
Home Health and Hospice dual role when on assignment training and support can be provided
RN: Routine 5-6 patients per day; Admissions approx. 2 per day.
Each RN will work alongside an LPN will approximately manage a case load of 20-25 patients with the RN seeing each patient once per week
Required Certifications:
RN: BLS; Valid Drivers License
