Location: Richland, WA

Start Date: 08/15/2026

Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)

Shift: 0730-1600, inpatient hours, weekend call (every 3rd weekend, Saturday and Sunday)

Hours/week: 40 hours plus 8 hours on-call weekends

Employment Type: Full-time locum

Licensing/Certifications: Active or IMLC license, DEA, BC required

Experience: Cardiology stress test experience required

What You'll Do

Provide inpatient cardiology care at a leading facility in Richland, WA

Conduct stress testing and related cardiac diagnostics

Participate in weekend on-call rotations (8 hours, every 3rd weekend)

Collaborate with cardiology team to develop and implement patient care plans

Support hospital efforts to deliver high-quality cardiac patient care

Manage patient evaluations, follow-ups, and diagnostic procedures

Ensure compliance with all hospital and regulatory protocols

What You Need

Required:

Active or IMLC license in Washington

DEA registration

Board Certification in Cardiology or related specialty

Proven experience with cardiac stress testing

Preferred:

Prior inpatient cardiology experience

Strong clinical skills in cardiac diagnostics and patient management

About the Assignment This assignment involves supporting the cardiology department at a leading facility in Richland, Washington. The provider will focus on inpatient care, stress testing, and cardiology diagnostics, working standard hours from Monday to Friday with weekend beeper call on a rotating basis.
