Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a well-established pediatric ABA clinic in West Orange, New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working in a collaborative, clinic-based environment with young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Whether you're an experienced BCBA or recently certified, you'll receive ongoing mentorship, leadership support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Position Highlights

•Full-Time, W-2 Position

•Monday-Friday Schedule

• Choose from:

o8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

o8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

o9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

•No weekends

•Limited evening meetings (approximately once per month)

•Competitive salary ($70,000-$80,000)

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you will:

•Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA)

•Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

•Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA staff

•Monitor client progress and update treatment goals

•Complete reassessment reports and clinical documentation

•Provide parent and caregiver training

•Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with schools when appropriate

•Work closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care

•Mentor staff and support clinical excellence

•Maintain documentation using electronic ABA software

Direct therapy is only expected occasionally during staffing shortages.

Client Population

•Children ages 2-6 years

•Autism Spectrum Disorder

•Individualized, evidence-based ABA services delivered in a clinic setting

Preferred Clinical Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

•VB-MAPP

•PEAK

•Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

•Functional Analyses (FA)

•Social Skills Programming

•Feeding Programs

•Toileting Programs

Qualifications

•Active BCBA Certification

•Active New Jersey Behavior Analyst License (or eligible to obtain before start)

•Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

•Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred

•Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

•Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care
