A respected Detroit healthcare system is seeking an accomplished Director of Cardiovascular Services to oversee strategic planning, operations, quality, and growth of cardiovascular programs. This executive-level role is ideal for a leader with deep cardiovascular experience and a passion for driving high-performing clinical teams.

Position Summary
The Director of Cardiovascular Services provides strategic and operational leadership for all cardiovascular departments and programs, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and service line growth. The director partners with physicians, clinical teams, and hospital leadership to enhance cardiovascular outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead operations of cardiovascular departments, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow
Oversee service line quality metrics, patient experience, and clinical outcomes
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand cardiovascular programs
Collaborate with physicians and senior leadership on service line performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required : Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
Progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting
Minimum two years of cardiovascular leadership experience required
