Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Elearning Content Specialist

Work from your home near Lancaster. You will help deliver eLearning content to a global B2B engineering and manufacturing audience and contribute to overall learning programs via a Learning Management System (LMS).

The role requires administration oversight of the LMS setup and daily management as well as deployment of new eLearning projects.

You'll be working for a world leader in modernized processing equipment used in food, pharmaceutical, and other industries worldwide. They've been in business since 1950 and offer competitive pay and great benefits.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Learning Management System experience (preferably Litmos)
  • 3+ years' work experience in LMS.
  • Technical certification or coursework related to LMS administration.
  • Experience in deploying training materials via eLearning platforms.
  • Project management and learning technology skills across large LMS platforms.
  • Experience with security and privacy along with production systems and platforms.
  • Experience with the roll-out of new technology processes and systems.
  • HTML, CSS, CMS experience.
  • Multiple language content management experience is an advantage.
  • Live driving distance of Lancaster as you will be required to come to the office on occasion.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the LMS setup and daily management, to ensure the delivery of content to learners.
  • Act as a hands-on LMS expert in all LMS functionality including learning teams, creating events, sessions, curricula, evaluations, reports, and uploading content.
  • Administer and troubleshoot, test automation and course content, user management and permissions, internal system notifications, updates, and security oversight.
  • Provide learner/user support and advise instructional designers on technology best practices.
  • Collaborate with global training teams and other internal and external stakeholders.
