This role is designed for a performance-driven PPC professional who thrives in hands-on execution within Google Ads environments. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing ecommerce campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, with direct impact on ROAS, revenue, and conversion efficiency. Working closely with product feeds, tracking systems, and analytics tools, you will ensure campaigns run with maximum accuracy and performance. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong exposure to multiple ecommerce clients. You will also play a key role in translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. This is a role where technical PPC expertise directly drives measurable business outcomes and client success.

Accountabilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, ensuring continuous performance improvement aligned with ecommerce KPIs such as ROAS and CPA.
• Own product feed health and optimization within Google Merchant Center, resolving disapprovals, improving attributes, and ensuring structured data quality.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, and related tools to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Manage bidding strategies, budgets, search term analysis, and A/B testing to continuously improve efficiency and scale performance.
• Handle tracking and attribution challenges, ensuring accurate measurement across ecommerce funnels and conversion paths.
• Communicate performance results, insights, and recommendations directly to clients in a clear and structured manner.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce clients in agency or multi-account environments.
• Strong expertise in Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Google Merchant Center, including product feed optimization and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and campaign measurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to solve complex performance issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
