$120,000 - $135,000 Base + 10% Bonus

Harnham is partnering with a growing financial technology company looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join its Capital Markets function. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership within a lean, high-impact team, working directly with senior leadership on credit facilities, financial analysis, and the automation of capital markets processes.

\n

The business is looking for someone who combines a strong understanding of consumer lending or private credit with advanced analytical skills and the confidence to operate independently.

\n

\n

THE ROLE

\n

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the company's capital markets activities, with a particular focus on credit facilities, financial operations, and process improvement.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Support the management and ongoing execution of credit facilities and lending arrangements.
\n
• Build and maintain financial models, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools to support capital markets decisions.
\n
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve reporting efficiency, and streamline existing workflows.
\n
• Partner directly with senior leadership, including the CFO, on capital markets initiatives and strategic priorities.
\n
• Take ownership of projects from initial analysis through execution in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
\n
• Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and effective management of capital markets activities.
\n

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

\n

The successful candidate will bring:

\n

\n
• 3–5+ years of experience in capital markets, consumer lending, private credit, specialty finance, or a related financial services environment.
\n
• Strong understanding of lending products, credit facilities, and financial analysis.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex analysis, and reporting.
\n
• Experience improving or automating financial processes, with a proactive approach to operational efficiency.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders.
\n
• A high degree of ownership, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently with limited oversight.
\n
• Experience within a fintech, consumer finance, or similarly entrepreneurial environment is advantageous.
\n
