Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary:

The QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of a cloud-based software application by executing both manual and automated testing. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and scripts to validate functionality, performance, and accessibility while supporting continuous integration and delivery processes. Responsibilities:

Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, non-functional, API, UI, and accessibility testing.
Automate tests and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
Track defects, report issues, and assist in their timely resolution.
Enhance test coverage, improve automation frameworks, and optimize QA processes.

Required Skills & Certifications:

Experience with AWS and AWS Lambda.
Strong knowledge of .NET testing frameworks, API automation, and C# programming.
Proficiency with Playwright, React, React Testing Library, and Jest.
Familiarity with accessibility testing tools, Postgres, Git, and front-end technologies.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with case management systems.

Special Considerations:

Work is strictly on-site.
Location: Little Rock, AR.
