Full-Time | In-Person Position

We’re looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role focuses on customer engagement, technology, and mobility product education, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs to upgrade their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in person and provide exceptional customer service
• Learn and maintain knowledge of technology and mobility products and services
• Recommend solutions based on customer lifestyle needs
• Support new customer acquisitions and account activations
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
