Litigation Assistant

We are a nationally recognized civil litigation firm with a growing personal injury practice, now welcoming a new team member into our Boca Raton office. About the Role We're seeking a dedicated Litigation Assistant to join our team at our Boca Raton office. This is a full-time in-office position. You'll manage the documentation and administrative processes that keep our clients' cases moving, from requesting and organizing records to preparing discovery authorizations and resolving health insurance liens through settlement. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. What You'll Do Request records for cases and conduct diligent follow-up to ensure timely receipt Receive, organize, and manage documents for the legal team Prepare authorizations for opposing counsel during discovery Manage health insurance liens through the settlement process Multitask across multiple cases, prioritizing responsibilities and deadlines effectively What You Bring 2-5 years of relevant experience, including handling health insurance liens and requesting records for cases Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Previous experience in a personal injury law office preferred Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage Group Term Life and AD&D insurance Long-Term Disability coverage Generous 401(k) match Generous paid time off We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
