About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Product to lead the development and commercialization of its AI-native digital worker platform. The successful candidate will be the most senior product executive, responsible for the product strategy, management, and design organization. This role is pivotal in driving the business growth and product success, with a focus on scaling the platform and expanding into new verticals. The SVP, Product will be expected to have a strong background in enterprise product leadership, technical judgment, and commercial acumen, with a proven track record in scaling products and entering new markets. An AI-native mindset and experience in regulated or high-stakes industries are highly valued. Key responsibilities for the SVP, Product include defining and executing the product strategy, leading a team of product and design leaders, and establishing strong cross-functional partnerships. The role demands a leader with the ability to make clear decisions on product capabilities, build strong feedback loops, and drive partner-enabled scale. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise platforms, vertical applications, and a strong background in product and design leadership. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to build a category-defining enterprise AGI platform, expand into new verticals, and strengthen the product and design operating model.
