We're searching for a motivated, compassionate Associate Dentist ready to grow personally and professionally, while delivering patient care that feels like family . If you're looking for autonomy, purpose, and a team-first culture, you've found your dental home.

What You Need:

2+ years of clinical experience
Positive, team-focused attitude
Passion for educating and empowering patients
A drive for growth, purpose, and results
DDS or DMD degree (Illinois license required)

What You'll Do:

Build trust and treat patients with empathy and excellence
Create and present clear, comprehensive treatment plans
Collaborate with a stellar hygiene team and team of Specialist
Perform a full range of cosmetic and restorative procedures
Diagnose and manage occlusal issues, crowding, and more
Be a part of a culture that celebrates learning and teamwork
