What You’ll Be Doing As an apprentice, you’ll be out in the field every day learning hands-on. You’ll assist with: Residential plumbing service and repairs Installing fixtures, piping, and plumbing systems Job site setup and cleanup Diagnosing basic plumbing issues (as you progress) Supporting licensed plumbers on service calls This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you’ll learn by doing. We’re looking for individuals who are: Reliable and show up ready to work Willing to learn and take direction Comfortable working with tools and in different environments Positive, respectful, and team‑oriented Motivated to build a long-term career in the trades If you already have Washington State Plumbing Trainee Card, that’s a plus — if not, we can help guide you through getting one.
