Position Overview:

Help Shape the Future of Nursing — Join Us as a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty Member in Kentucky!

Location: Clinical Sites in the Louisville/Bardstown Area

Position Type: Part-Time (1–2 clinical shifts per week, per academic term)

As a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty member in Kentucky, you will have the exceptional chance to mentor and instruct the upcoming generation of nurses in practical clinical environments. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on clinical instruction to students in local healthcare facilities.
• Inspire, mentor, and assess future nursing professionals.
• Assist students in overcoming academic or behavioral challenges by offering remediation.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum and enhancement of the program.
• Engage in professional development and stay updated with best practices in clinical care.
• Participate in university events such as staff meetings, pinning ceremonies, and graduations.

What You Bring:

• Required:
  • Unencumbered RN license in the State of Kentucky.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN and either currently enrolled in an MSN program or willing to start one will also be considered).
  • 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Preferred:
  • 2–3 years of teaching experience.

Compensation Details: $38–$44 per hour
