Receiving Coordinator - 1st Shift - RDC

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Receiving Coordinator - 1st Shift - RDC at our new facility on Innovation Loop in Youngsville, NC. The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour. Core hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm. What you’ll do Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and work with internal and external customers to resolve issues related to invoicing, shipping, and on‑hand counts in the warehouse. Ensure the accuracy of transaction documents for incoming and outgoing material. Evaluate shipments for adherence to all state, federal, and global restrictions. Serve as a SAP system expert on the team. Schedule transportation for truckload and less-than-truckload shipments. Assist the department in loading/unloading trucks, scanning and tagging as needed. Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules and regulations. Provide process and safety improvement ideas. Use the principles of 5S+ to maintain a clean and organized work area. Operate forklifts, performing daily inspection checklists and 5S+ housekeeping duties. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: One year of experience in logistics or a warehouse environment. High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of the location will be considered; relocation assistance is not available. Active‑Duty Military Service members are exempt from the geographic limitation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using SAP. Experience with forklifts. Basic computer working knowledge. Skills Follow procedures and written instructions. Read and interpret standard operating procedures. Work daily and/or weekend overtime; willingness to flex to different areas or local plants as needed. Lift 50 lbs. Stand and bend frequently.
