Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist in Milton, Florida. This position involves evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients, implementing therapeutic services, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. Candidates are required to bring their physical therapy license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Milton, FL
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; professional licensure in good standing; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, goal writing, and functional assessments. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, adheres to State Practice Act and regulatory standards, and supports organizational performance improvement initiatives.
