Job Description

GNR has been retained by a PE-owned organization to identify a SITE PRESIDENT / VP GM for this small but growing <$10M division specializing in Defense & Space CNC precision machined components in the Charlotte, NC region! This site has up-to-date equipment & capacity to grow & they need someone to guide that growth!

• You’ll manage a growing P&L and operations, engage with customers, negotiate contracts, manage quality, production capacity, capital investment etc.
\n
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Executive Team as well as leadership from other divisions to ensure that corporate goals and initiatives are met/exceeded
\n

\n

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

\n

\n
• 8+ years of Leadership within a CNC machining environment (metal processing, coatings, painting, fabrication, forging) with strong Business Acumen & Operations, Production & Manufacturing experience
\n
• Ensure that the site meets or exceeds established metrics (ISO9001 and/or AS9100 compliance) and customer expectations for delivery, quality, and costs.
\n
• Work closely with leadership team on forecasting future needs, inventory management, production schedules, and budgetary forecasting
\n
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the organization, define and implement best practices, procedures & policies for safe, smooth, and efficient operations
\n
• Strong communications skills with Executive team and interacting with customers and suppliers
\n
