Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote Salary: $85K–$92K + bonus We are seeking 2 Program Underwriters to join a growing insurance carrier in Charlotte. One position is a new growth role, while the other is due to an internal promotion. Key Responsibilities Underwrite and manage commercial insurance programs. Evaluate risks, submissions, pricing, and coverage. Work closely with internal teams and external partners. Support portfolio growth and maintain underwriting profitability. Requirements 3–5+ years of commercial underwriting experience from a carrier. Program underwriting experience is preferred but not required . Commercial lines experience required; personal lines will not be considered . Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
