Junior IT Systems Administrator

The City of Goldsboro is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage planning, installation, maintenance and operations of PCs and laptops, and to train and support computer users. You will work independently with limited supervision and report major activities in regular meetings. Key responsibilities include hardware/software issue resolution, VOIP and network device maintenance, and detailed ticket documentation.
