Aircraft Maintenance TechnicianPilatus is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of line replaceable units (LRU) on Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 production and demonstration aircraft, in accordance with manufacturing specifications, approved procedures, and applicable FAA and FOCA regulations and standards. Take your career to the next level with Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoots and maintains production aircraft as they progress through the completion processInspects and maintains demonstrator aircraft and keeps in flight ready conditionRecords work progress in job cards, acceptance test procedures, and other production documents in accordance with company proceduresRemoves fairings and flight controls in preparation for paint and reinstalls upon completionPerforms control surface balancing after paintInspects incoming aircraft and parts as per FAA Certified Repair Station Manual (RSM) manualUses proper safety equipment and complies with all safety requirements in accordance with company and government standards, rules, and regulationsOther Duties/ResponsibilitiesServices and maintains ground support equipmentCleans and details aircraft and assists in aircraft movementMaintains a clean, safe, and healthy work areaResponds to other projects, additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by lead or managerRegular attendance and willingness to work overtime as requiredSkills/QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must have an FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenseMinimum two years of experience in PC-12 and PC-24 or similar aircraft performing general maintenance duties.Pratt & Whitney and Williams Engine experience or training a plusKnowledge of removing, balancing, and installing flight surfaces a plusStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work in restricted spacesAbility to use hand tools and specialized test equipmentProficiency in general computer use and MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and OutlookMust qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.62The salary range for this position is $35 - $45 per hour depending on experience.
