The Carlos Cruz Insurance Agency is growing, and were looking for motivated, coachable individuals ready to start a long-term career in insurance sales. This is an entry-level role with no experience required . We provide all licensing training materials and full support to help you obtain your P&C and Life & Health licenses. Candidates are responsible for state licensing fees . Once licensed, youll receive warm leads every day and hands-on coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities- Work incoming leads and follow up with potential clients
- Educate clients on coverage options
- Provide quotes, process applications, and assist with policy changes
- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service
- Meet sales goals with support from leadership
- No prior insurance experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach
- Must be able to obtain P&C and L&H licenses
