The Senior Recruiter (Contractor) is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of corporate functions, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, and other business areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition team members to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The Senior Recruiter develops sourcing strategies, builds talent pipelines, provides market insights, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning objectives, and role requirements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods, including online research, networking, referrals, social media platforms, job boards, and direct outreach. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine alignment with position requirements and organizational needs. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including status updates, interview preparation, and feedback. Track recruiting activities and candidate interactions within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and related tools. Coordinate offer development, negotiate compensation packages within established guidelines, and facilitate offer acceptance. Partner with Human Resources and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Stakeholder Partnership and Advisory Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to support talent acquisition objectives. Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, candidate market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring strategies. Collaborate with interview teams to ensure effective and consistent candidate evaluation processes. Advise stakeholders on realistic hiring expectations, talent availability, and competitive market dynamics. Share recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and talent market insights with leadership as needed. Candidate Experience Deliver a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Manage candidate expectations through timely, transparent, and consistent communication. Develop and utilize recruiting communication templates, including interview invitations, status updates, rejection notices, and offer communications. Gather and share candidate feedback to support continuous improvement efforts. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, systems, tools, and overall efficiency. Participate in or lead talent acquisition projects and initiatives that improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience. Support the implementation of best practices and process standardization across recruiting activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, policies, and hiring guidelines. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related human resources functions. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment in a competitive talent market. Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates across a variety of professional disciplines. Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities. Experience utilizing creative and innovative sourcing methodologies. Ability to analyze talent market trends and provide strategic hiring recommendations. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. Strong negotiation and candidate closing abilities. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office applications.
