We are looking for a commercial plumber!

Direct hire position available with pay based on experience, ranging from 36-46/hr.

MUST complete a drug screening prior to employment, plus throughout. THC included.

Job minimum qualifications:

• Proven track record/references with at least 3-5 years' plumbing experience in construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply plumbing codes
• Ability to read, understand specifications and blueprints
• Ability to communicate and report effectively as required by customer or management.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of the team. Instruct apprentices as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and uneven terrain
• Valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Submit to drug testing

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components as required by building code and installation requirements.
• Review building plans and specifications
• Identify required tools and special equipment
• Identify required type and size of pipe required
• Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
• Install supports, hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment
• Assemble and install valves and fittings.
• Install water equipment, piping, and controls
• Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems
• Install fixtures (sinks, tubs, toilets)
• Install water heaters
• Testing pipe system and fixtures for stability.
