Description:

Venango Machine is seeking an experienced, skilled 1st shift Blanchard Grinder Operator. Pay is based on experience, up to $25.00 per hour. Overtime is required, including Saturdays.

Requirements:

Required Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and use shop measuring tools
Use precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and scales to check dimensions
Experience with overhead cranes or forklifts.
Attention to detail to maintain tight tolerances and proper surface finishes.
PM Machine daily
Grind to the following tolerances: .003" - .015" on thickness. Grind parts flat and par to .003"
Debur and clean parts before and after grinding process
Grinding of non- magnetic materials
