Venango Machine is seeking an experienced, skilled 1st shift Blanchard Grinder Operator. Pay is based on experience, up to $25.00 per hour. Overtime is required, including Saturdays.

Requirements:Required Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and use shop measuring tools
- Use precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and scales to check dimensions
- Experience with overhead cranes or forklifts.
- Attention to detail to maintain tight tolerances and proper surface finishes.
- PM Machine daily
- Grind to the following tolerances: .003" - .015" on thickness. Grind parts flat and par to .003"
- Debur and clean parts before and after grinding process
- Grinding of non- magnetic materials
