Job Summary:
Modani Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities:
• Provide in-home care services, including personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing, to clients with varying levels of need
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Support clients with medication management, including reminders and transportation to appointments
• Encourage and promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being of clients
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
