LPN Charge Nurse – Full-TimeCedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to provide leadership and direct clinical care within a skilled nursing environment. In this role, you will support resident care delivery, guide nursing assistants, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and resident-centered outcomes.
