As a Remote Travel Customer Service Specialist , you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind unforgettable vacations, cruises, and getaways—supporting clients before, during, and after their trips while enjoying the freedom to design your own schedule.

What You'll Do- Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone about bookings, itineraries, and travel details
- Assist with changes, cancellations, refunds, and special requests in line with supplier policies
- Troubleshoot issues before and during travel (reservations, payments, confirmations, upgrades)
- Provide clear, accurate information on destinations, policies, promotions, and travel requirements
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and clients feel supported
- Contribute to a positive, consistent brand experience that encourages repeat travel and referrals
- Step‑by‑step training in travel products, systems, and customer service best practices
- Access to major travel suppliers, booking platforms, and support tools
- Travel perks and discounts (after completing training and performance milestones)
