Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong customer service, communication, and teamwork, while bringing integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach to each shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and/or perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, identify potential hazards, and support established access control practices.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other designated areas, verifying credentials and following visitor and contractor protocols in alignment with site expectations.
• Support a clean, professional presence while communicating clearly with staff and guests, assisting with directions, answering questions, and reporting security-related issues as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
