Join a compassionate in-home care team supporting older adults across Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, the University District, Maple Leaf, and nearby areas. We’re seeking caring, dependable caregivers for daytime shifts , offering meaningful one-on-one support while helping clients stay comfortable, safe, and independent at home.

Compensation: Earn competitive wages of $23–$25/hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Pay Frequency: Receive dependable weekly paychecks, right on schedule.

Shift Opportunities: Flexible 4–8-hour daytime shifts are available, and weekend availability is appreciated.

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients

• CNA or HCA certification required

• Prefer a high school degree or GED

• One year or more of experience supporting older adults

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts

• Clear background check and drug test

• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Your Role in Client Care:

• Build genuine connections through friendly companionship and caring support.

• Help with personal care, meals, and daily activities while encouraging independence.

• Keep clients’ homes comfortable, tidy, and safe.

• Assist with rides to appointments, errands, and social activities.

• Provide dependable care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
