WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional with: A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience analyzing diverse data elements, with a strong focus on online and mobile customer experiences. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a robust foundation in data analysis, capable of delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive data-driven decisions. Demonstrated expertise with web analytics software (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and a solid understanding of tag implementation. Proficiency in designing, managing, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets from various databases using SQL, R, and/or Python. Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing impactful data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Qlik to illuminate performance results. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex performance metrics and insights clearly and concisely to both senior executives and team members. Strong interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for engaging with clients, and a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
